1cPineapple chunks, drained
3tbSoy sauce
1cPineapple juice
1/4tsGarlic powder
1 1/2tsGround ginger

Preheat oven to 350. Place chicken in a casserole. Add pineapple chunks. Combine remaining ingredients, pour over chicken. Cover and bake 1 hour.
